Lacey Auto Sales

Lacey Auto Sales is owned and operated by Ken Stixrud of Olympia, Washington. Ken entered the automotive business as a mechanic in 1967 and began selling automobiles in 1971 at Steven Motor Company in Tacoma, WA, when he returned from military duty in Southeast Asia.

In 1972, he became Sales Manager of European Motors in Lakewood, WA, where he sold Fiat, Lancia, and Jaguar automobiles through 1983. Ken moved on to Hinshaw's Honda in Auburn, WA, as the New Car Sales Manager from 1983-1985 and opened Honda of Fife as the General Sales Manager 1985-1990. Ken then became the new car Sales Manager of South Tacoma Honda 1990-1997.

In 1997, Ken opened his first company, Cars Cost Less, Inc. on South Tacoma Way, which he operated from 1997 to 2003 when he sold the company to open Lacey Auto Sales, Inc. in April of 2004.
